Multi-User Facility

This proposed concept for MS Dubai South is a high-quality, flexible multi-user warehouse facility located in the Freight Complex within the FB Zone of Dubai South.

The facility will feature split units with utilities such as washrooms and pantries, allowing multiple tenants to occupy individual spaces while sharing common areas. The design ensures flexibility with removable and relocatable partitions, enabling tenants to adjust their space requirements by leasing single units or combining multiple units as needed.

The facility will include essential shared amenities such as a central loading area, corridors, and retail spaces, providing convenience for all users. The overall design is modern, fit-for-purpose, and cost-effective in both construction and operation. The goal is to create a functional, adaptable environment that meets the diverse needs of businesses in the region.

The total leasable area of the facility is 9,500 m2 with 200 m2 allocated for retail. This versatile space is ideal for businesses seeking flexible leasing options within a highquality infrastructure.
