ISUZU

This project is being developed for Isuzu motors in JAFZA south. This development consists of warehousing facility with office and training center. The plot area is 58,181 m2, approximate built up area is 23,500.00 m2.

The project is designed to facilitate the movement of heavy goods vehicles which have been effectively separated from light vehicle routes. Warehouses have an eave height of 9.0m and ridge height of 13.7m approximately below the structural member.

The warehouse will be provided with racking system, docking system to allow for 40’ container and medium truck loading. External works include access road, gates, fence, landscape and covered car parking.
