JAFZ proposed to construct showrooms, offices and warehouses to display small items such as food items, electrical and electronic items and spare parts etc. Each unit will have a Showroom at Ground Floor, offices at Mezzanine and Warehouse behind each unit.
The site is linear (approx. 1.8 km in length) and it is suitable to have showrooms at the main roadside and warehouses at the rear side.
