C&J Energy International

The C&J facility is located in JAFZ south on plot No. 40320. The vehicles being services are by no means regular vehicles but are vehicle used of the purpose of ‘fracking’ used in the Oil & Gas industry. The facility consists of G+3 offices & training facility, vehicle washing bay, open car parking & open vehicle storage and Vehicle Workshop. The Vehicle workshop has an eaves height of 8.0 m. and 2 nos. 10t overhead cranes to move equipment around the floor of the workshop.

Structure for workshop is made of pre-engineered steel and cladded with insulated cladding panels with provision to air condition the workshop in the future. The design is ‘contemporary’, in-line with the Company’s vision. Office external envelope is a mix of insulated flat panels, structural glazing and solar shading with aero-foil louvres.
