Dubai Wholesale City is an integrated, modern wholesale development that supports business growth by connecting traders and buyers.

The proposed development—a major hub for international wholesale trade—was to cater to industry-specific sectors identified as textiles, building materials, electronics, furniture, and fittings. The hub was to provide wholesale traders with comprehensive offerings, including state-of-the art facilities including showrooms, offices, warehouses, infrastructure, roads, and support services.

The proposed site was located within Saih Shuaib 2-4, situated at the Dubai-Abu Dhabi borders, to enable the development to strategically connect to Dubai, UAE, and GCC markets.
