Metal Park

Metal Park in KIZAD is a unique concept that offers Assets-as a- Service to the metal community. This innovative, integrated metal hub will be equipped with state -of -the art facilities, including free zone and mainland premises. Metal Park will accommodate all products, services, and business requirements of member; metal Stuckists, processors and fabricators of all sizes.

The project is going to be built on two plots which are located in KIZAD Area A, plot 1 is KHIA8-07A and plot 2 is KHIA8-50_51. Plot 1 is intended mainly for fabrication and plot 2 is mainly for storage. Each plot has three (03) phases i.e. Phase 01, phase 02 and phase 03 and the Contractor’s current scope is for the design and construction of phase 01 of both the plots as identified in the drawings.

The project mainly caters to steel industry and therefore the proposed storage is for non-hazardous. Majority of the waste would be related to metal fabrication and show room. Each tenant is responsible for its own waste. The facility shall include for waste collection/disposal in accordance with the local authority regulation and as per project requirement.
