Hotel Staff Accommodation

Wasl Asset Management Group, who own hotels, among other properties, recognized the need for a dedicated staff accommodation for this industry.

AWAJ was appointed as the lead consultants to carryout Master Planning, Infrastructure and Building designs.

Community consist of 33 nr. G + 3 Storied Hotel Staff Accommodation Buildings. There are 3 types of typical buildings, studio apartments of two types and 1 bed room apartments. The studio apartments are designed around an elaborately landscaped courtyard forming a typical cluster. The common facilities provided are gymnasium, semi-Olympic size swimming, outdoor play courts and a community park complete with water features, jogging track and children’s play areas.
