Scope: Design, Authority Approval & Post Contract Supervision
Project consist of the construction of 322 villas for the staff of the Dubai Police Force. Initially the concept have villas with One type of Elevation. However, we convinced the contractor to cater to Four different types of elevations by effectively using the Block walls as massing.
