The G+P+10+R UNA Apartments consists of two buildings with a total of 956 apartments(studio and 1 bedroom) with small retail components in the ground level. The central courtspace on the second level offers the residents access to 2 pools and gym integrated withinthe open landscape. The carefully articulated facade design increases privacy through themassing and emphasizes the individual character of different apartments.
UNA Apartments is situated in the south-western part of Town Square, adjacent to a communitypark. The development is located in close proximity to community facilities like a mosque,health facilities and a network of cycling and jogging tracks.
