The Client’s vision is to create luxury homes in the upcoming part of Ras Al Khaima and has partnered with Al Wasl Al Jadeed Consultants to fulfill their vision.

Aqua Arc is designed as a B+G+12+R storey residential building in one of the most sought-after residential communities in Ras Al Khaimah with a gross floor area (GFA) of 33,476.62 M2 comprising of 225 residential units, with 91 ground floor parking and 245 basement floor parking and having world class amenities, and street-facing retail spaces.
