In continuation of our relation with EMAAR, Club Place project was assigned to AWAJ and is located in Dubai Hills Estate which is a prime example of sophisticated urban living, Club Place offers a blend of luxury and convenience with an emphasis on creating a serene yet vibrant living environment.

The project is a premium residential address consisting of 473 apartments (1 BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR units) with extensive amenities. The massing comprising of 3 residential blocks (Block A, Block B and Block C) joined together by common parking and landscaped central podium on Level 01. The key feature of the development is the contemporary facade that complements the neighboring developments with a biophilic design that connects one with nature, a lot of sunshine in almost all apartments, and extensive views, especially with the premium apartments overlooking the golf course beyond.

The allowable GFA for the plot stands at 51,500.00 m2 (554,341.39 ft2), with an FAR of 3.45.The project consists of: Block A is a rectangular shaped block having B+G+P+20+R levels with a max height of 80.20m from road edge for average roof finish. Block B is a L-shaped building with Wing- A having B+G+P+17+R levels and its lower Wing-B is B+G+P+14+R levels with a max height of 69.70m from road edge. Block C is a rectangular shape block having B+G+P+R levels, with apartments in the ground and podium levels and roof being part of the landscaped central courtyard.

Also, community provisions such as a multipurpose hall, indoor kids’ playroom and gym, open into the landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool. This central courtyard is complemented with various features such as a community park, a children’s play area, an open gym, BBQ niches, sunbathing deck, event lawn etc. The landscaped courtyard on Level 15 of Block B with inspiring outdoor lounge areas adds a dose of tranquility to the community.
