The Client, appointed Al Wasl Al Jadeed as architectural consultants for Eaton Place, a G+P+4 residential building located at plot JVC15EMRP500, JVC, Dubai. The plot is approximately 4,170 m2 with a built up area of 18,000 m2 Within the framework of the development codes, the client envisions to develop, a single unified, efficient, contemporary apartment building.
