Wasl Asset Management Group have proposed a mid-income Housing Project on at Ras Al Khor, Dubai. The emerging growth seen in the vicinity demands for a high requirement of support facilities for the rapid expansion plans for such housing in Dubai & UAE.
This residential community is designed around a central community park. The G + 4 storied27 residential buildings laid out in clusters of 2 to 4 buildings. Each cluster has direct access to the community park. The community is complete with common facilities provided are Clubhouse, Kindergarten and Mosque.
As the development targets mid-income group, the challenge was to keep construction cost to minimum as possible without compromising on the amenities provided within apartments (1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments) and by designing car parking at grade level under the footprint of building and open spaces within each cluster.
The optimally sized the apartments are efficient and each apartment has adequate storage/ wardrobe spaces, en-suite baths, and laundry along with a balcony.
