Residential Development

Emaar planned new township at Lusaily along Dubai- Lehbab Road. The township designed to house town homes, villas, residential apartments and support facilities such as schools, hospitals and shopping precincts.

AWAJ was appointed to develop a gated community of Apartment Towers consisting of twelve (12) clusters of mid-rise buildings and associated indoor and outdoor recreational facilities. Each cluster consisted of two towers on two levels of podium for parking- lower ground and upper ground level. Apartments were placed on the periphery of the upper level of podium to camouflage parking. The podium top was intensely landscaped with water features. The whole development was themed on Mediterranean style of architecture. The development was designed to offer mid to high end facilities at affordable price.
