This Project consists of an Award Winning VIDA Creek Beach Hotel and Branded Apartment sitting on a G+3 level common odium. The total BUA of the Projects 60377.00 m2 (649,900.00 Sft), envisaged as having a lot of dining, retail, and entertainment experiences along the waterfront. AWAJ is part of the D & B team responsible for a complete architectural package in BIM incorporating VE items and associated upgradation.

VISA Crook Beach Hotel/ BA (Podium and BOH): Podium + Lobby Level

  1. G+ L1/L2/L3 – For Car Parking / Hotel and Apartment Entrance Lobby/ Lounge Facility/ Arrival Plaza
  2. Total BUA: 24,355.00 Sqm (262161.00 SFT)
  3. This podium parking is connected to the other part of the buildings constructed in phases.

  1. 5 Levels of hotel rooms + 2 rooftop service floors – with central landscape courtyard above podium level. Also, this podium houses common facilities like a swimming pool, gym, etc.

Access to the arrival plaza at level-03 is through the aesthetically designed landscape of the 10:30 axis, which connects various phases of the building’s another side of the 10:30 axis connects to the designer pedestrian bridge, which connects both sides of the creek at the top and Spanish steps descend to beach facade of the hotel and the beach at the bottom.
